Our recruitment process

Our recruitment process is tailored to each position but generally involves the following:


Suitable candidates will be invited to attend a face to face interview

Face-to-face interviews

We’ll use this as an opportunity to discuss your experience and qualifications in further detail. We want to get to know you to see if you’ll be a great fit for our company, so don’t be afraid to speak up and ask questions.

Reference certification and police checks

If you’re short-listed after your face-to-face interview we’ll conduct reference checks. Police checks may also be required for certain positions.

Employment offer

After this process has been completed an employment offer will be made to our preferred candidate. All other candidates will be advised at this stage once the offer has been accepted.
