The recruitment process
BMT’s recruitment process is tailored to each position but generally involves the following:
1. Shortlisting
Suitable candidates will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview.
2. Face-to-face interviews
This as an opportunity to discuss your experience and qualifications in further detail and get to know more about our business.
3. Background checks
If you’re short-listed after your face-to-face interview BMT will conduct reference checks to verify your previous work experience. Police checks may also be required for certain positions.
4. Employment offer
After this process has been completed an employment offer will be made to our preferred candidate. All other candidates will be advised of the outcome once the offer has been accepted.
