Have you had a chance to run an analysis and to estimate:
- the impact in $ terms, out of the pocket, per annum on an investor, due to depreciation changes
- the differentiation between the higher end to the lower end of the market: people who buy an existing property in Bondi Beach, don&#039;t really care about additional $300 out of the pocket per annum. These are serious players who think long term
