Hi,
I had my depreciation reports done by you several years ago. However I'm in the process of fixing up the kitchen and wonder if you can guide me.
The tenants burnt the benchtop, so I'm having this replaced and several of the doors are unhinged so I'm also replacing the doors.
Does this form part of the capital works deduction as they are costed at $800 each?
Or can they be claimed in the one year as they are under the $1,000 limit and are repairs?
I'm also having overheads installed which is an upgrade so aware this will be a capital works deduction
Do you adjust our reports for us at a cost or as an automatic service you provide after we have paid initially? or do we adjust these somehow ourselves?
Thanks
