		<description><![CDATA[I am dead against one law for residential property and another law for commercial property, or a ten ton truck, or other items of second hand equipment. It seems unfair and targeted at residential investors. 
I also add that small business investors carrying on a business have much greater potential to writeoff income producing assets, yet not residential property investors.]]></description>
