Our reports start from the date you originally settled on the property and outline the depreciation claim for each financial year. 

As a general rule, the Australian Taxation Office allows you to amend two previous tax return (from the day after the date on the notice of assessment received for that particular year). However your accountant will be better equipped to answer this for you as individual situations can vary.
