Resi Rates has a range of uses to benefit Accountants and property investors alike. Resi Rates displays the effective life and the depreciation rates for both the Prime Cost and Diminishing Value methods.

How to use Resi Rates

Start your search by selecting either the ‘Asset’ or the ‘Category’ tab.

To search by asset: Enter in your asset name and click on the ‘Search’ button.

Choose your asset from the list displayed.

To search by category: Select the main category and sub-categories for your assets, then click ‘find my rate’.

Results: The depreciation rate of your asset is displayed showing the effective life and both the Diminishing Value and Prime Cost methods of depreciation.
